Obituary
Gonzales, Armando

Armando Gonzales, 49, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016, surrounded by family and friends. Funeral mass will be held at noon Monday, Nov. 7, 2016, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Nahum Lopez officiating. Interment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Gardens under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview.

Rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Armando was born Nov. 21, 1966, to Emilio and Eloisa Gonzales in Plainview. He worked as a mechanic at the Ford House, Graphic Zone, Furniture Expressions and most recently at Ramsower Furniture. He was a member of the Elks Lodge and Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Emilio "Elmo" Gonzales

He is survived by his wife, Edna Gonzales of Plainview; three sons, Zachary Gonzales of Austin, Anthony Gonzales of Plainview and Joshua Salinas and wife Yeraldie of Irving; his parents, Emilio and Eloisa Gonzales of Plainview; one brother, Jody Gonzales of Plainview; three sisters, Gracie Padilla of Plainview, Hope Gonzales of Plainview and Irene Flores of Brownwood and one granddaughter, Jocelyn Guel.
